Meeting Your Plant Allies
Start Here:
Throughout this series, you will spend time getting to know five of your plant allies through immersing yourself in their vibrations through topical, aromatic, and internal usage. Through building a steady and consistent relationship with one ally per week, rather than just studying book knowledge, you will begin to feel and know the qualities that they influence your life with.
You will feel your self and your life shifting in subtle yet profound ways.
Once you really know the gift (the medicine) of each plant, you will be able to turn to them as allies whenever you are in need of their support.
How to practice this series:
1. If Sunday is day 1 of your week, watch the video for that week on Sunday, and begin your practices for week 1 on Monday.
2. practice the guided sessions for that week at least 5 out of the 7 days of that week
Your Daily Face Massage:
week one
meet copaiba
This week's practices:
- Do your daily face massage
- take 2 drops under your tongue every morning and evening
- add 8 drops to Epsom Salts and soak in a bath for at least 20 minutes 2x this week

week two
meet ylang ylang
This week's practices:
- Do your daily face massage
- Diffuse 8 drops daily in your diffuser
- Apply 1-3 drops on your heart daily
- Create your own natural deep hair conditioner by adding Ylang Ylang to Coconut Oil and applying it to your hair. Ylang Ylang contains great hair benefits that will leave your hair looking healthy and beautiful!
- add 8 drops to Epsom Salts and soak in a bath for at least 20 minutes

week three
meet peppermint

This week's practices:
- Diffuse 8 drops daily in your diffuser
- Sip on a hot or cool peppermint-cacao drink
Blend together:

1 cup water

3 cups oat milk

5 teaspoons cacoa powder

3-4 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste!)

2 drops peppermint oil

week four
meet lavender
This week's practices:
- Do your daily face massage
- add 3-4 drops of lavender to a bowl of your favorite massage oil for your daily abhyanga
- add 8 drops to Epsom Salts and soak in a bath for at least 20 minutes 2x this week
- Diffuse 8-12 drops every night at bedtime and throughout the night as you sleep

- Take one drop beneath your tongue each morning
