Service Description

Authenticity and Freedom emerge from a place of deep security and self-esteem. Security and self-esteem grow from the roots of our core attachments during our young life. During this class, we will explore the ways our nervous systems were held, attuned to, and related with during the forming moments of our lives so that we can begin to understand our relational patterns with more compassion and power. Once we know why we feel how we feel, and where our tendencies of worry, performing, shape shifting, or over efforting within our lives comes from, we can begin making simple changes that create more safety, ease, authenticity and impact. This class will bring great insight to anyone on the path of healing, and service. And will bring grounded insight into how embody more freedom, love, and deep peace inside of your relationships.
