Waking up and going for an hour walk with the dogs, along the waterside. Especially now, with all the trees in bloom and the grass getting greener, for a Pitta it is incredibly soothing to take that all in. Then, preparing my oatmeal with nuts and seeds before beginning the day. I am slowly bringing back yoga and meditation into my morning routine but I might also use it for downtime at night as it helps me prepare for bedtime.
